Amenities
Parking can be paid either through the PayByPhone app or at the meters located on the ground floor by the elevator. Payment must be completed upon arrival, as guests have a 20-minute grace period before a citation may be issued and sent to their home address.
Hourly and daily rates are available for stays of up to 7 days. Once payment is completed, parking includes in-and-out access for the selected duration.
Guests are given two complimentary beach chairs throughout their stay with us.
Yes, we allow pets. *A maximum of 2 dogs allowed under 25 lbs each are welcome per stay. A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee is applied. This fee is waived for certified service dogs.
